About
Lodge Leadership Development, commonly referred to as LLD, is a weekend filled with learning the leadership skills of today so we, the leaders of the lodge, can help lead the leaders of tomorrow.
LLD is generally about half a day of trainings and team building exercises followed by spending the evening going and playing a game like: mini golf, bowling, go carts, etc. LLD is a great event and is one of the best ways to learn the inner workings of the lodge.
